📦 Return & Exchange Policy

At www.vimfjea.com, we take pride in delivering premium-quality merchandise to every customer. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition with all tags still attached within 180 days of receipt. Once we receive and process your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days, or you may opt for an exchange instead.

How to Complete Your Return / Exchange

Follow these 4 simple steps:

1. Submit a Return Request

Please email us at service@vimfjea.com with your request to return or exchange your purchase.

2. Pack Your Item Securely

Safely pack the items you wish to return and include the original invoice inside the package. If you no longer have the original packaging, please follow USPS, UPS or FedEx packaging guidelines to protect your items properly in transit.

3. Ship Your Package

Affix the printed return label to the outside of the package and seal it securely. Be sure to cover or mark out any previous shipping labels. Drop off your package at the nearest USPS, UPS or FedEx ground location.

4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive your package, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival.

• Full-priced items are eligible for exchange, store credit, or a full refund, all processed within 7 business days of receipt.
• Items purchased on sale qualify for exchange or store credit only, unless explicitly noted as final sale.
