Your use of the Sites and these terms are also subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, which are incorporated herein by reference.

🛒 Purchases

Order Processing

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline to process or cancel your order under certain circumstances. This may occur if, for example: the product or service you wish to purchase is out of stock or was mispriced; we suspect the order request is fraudulent; or for any other reason the Company deems appropriate. The Company also reserves the right to verify your identity prior to processing your order, at its sole discretion.

For orders that we do not process or cancel, we will either not charge your payment method or issue a full refund of any charges already applied. Without limiting the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to:

• (i) revoke any stated offer
• (ii) correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in product or service information
• (iii) modify prices, content, promotional offers, product descriptions, specifications or other information at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted, acknowledged, shipped or received, except where prohibited by law)

Product and Service Descriptions

The Company strives to provide accurate descriptions of all products and services featured on the Sites. However, the Company does not warrant that descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date or error-free. If a product or service offered on the Sites does not match its description, your sole and exclusive remedy is to return the item in accordance with the terms set forth herein.

The Sites may include a quick-view feature for selected products. This feature allows you to view pricing information and add items to your cart without navigating to the full product page. Pricing Information

The Company makes every effort to display accurate pricing for all products and services on the Sites. However, we cannot guarantee against pricing errors. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to process or cancel any order placed for a product or service that was listed at an incorrect price due to a system error. If this occurs, we will notify you by email. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to correct any errors in stated full retail prices at its sole discretion.

Product and Service Availability

The Sites may include information regarding product stock status. This information is provided to help you estimate the likelihood that an item will ship shortly after you place your order. Estimated delivery time to your destination is approximately 30 days or less following successful payment, and is subject to change based on product shortages, severe weather, carrier transit times, destination location and other factors.

Unfortunately, the Company cannot guarantee that items marked “in stock” will ship immediately, as inventory levels are subject to daily fluctuations. In rare cases, an item may be in stock at the time you place your order but become sold out by the time we process it. Should this occur, we will notify you by email. Out-of-stock products and services are generally no longer available. If the Company determines that a product or service you ordered is no longer available, the item will be removed from your order, we will notify you by email, and the product will be taken down from the Sites.

Specific Additional Disclaimers and Obligations

In addition to the general disclaimers set forth in our Terms of Use, products and services purchased through the Sites:

• (a) may not come with manufacturer warranties, even if such warranties are included with the same product or service purchased elsewhere
• (b) may not include additional service or support options
• (c) may not include product manuals, instructions or safety warnings in your native language or the official language of your destination country
• (d) may not be manufactured in accordance with the standards, specifications and labeling requirements of your jurisdiction
• (e) may not comply with the voltage and other electrical standards of your jurisdiction (which may require the use of an adapter or converter)

It is your sole responsibility to research any product prior to purchase to ensure it meets your needs and that it can be lawfully imported into your jurisdiction.

Taxes

You are solely responsible for all taxes, customs duties and fees imposed by the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped, including but not limited to sales or use tax, value-added taxes and tariffs.
